The project “VALLEY – Validation System in Lifelong Learning Experiences of Youth Volunteering”, has launched a European wide online survey on the topic of youth volunteering and validation. The survey is aimed at volunteering organisations and young people involved in volunteering activities.
The survey which has been launched in the six partner countries; Germany, Austria, France, Italy, UK and Romania will investigate practices and opinions concerning the work with young volunteers, specifically young people with fewer opportunities, and the recognition and validation of learning outcomes gained through their volunteering service. It will also directly ask young people about their experiences and opinions of volunteering, not only assessing the competences they have gained during their volunteering service but also how these competences have been evaluated and recognised.
CESIE will be responsible for launching the survey in Italy consulting with volunteering organisations and young volunteers working at local level in Palermo and at international level.
