CESIE starts the recruitment of 2 volunteers for an EVS project addressed to Italian youth (from 18 to 30 years old).
When?
6 months from April to September 2016.
Where and which activities?
PiNA – Association for Culture and Education is introducing innovative education in the field of active citizenship, inter-media arts and sustainable development on a local, national and international level.
With their regular activities such as workshops, trainings for trainers, round tables, conferences, exhibitions, presentations, awareness raising campaigns, evenings of physical, static and inter-media art performances and lectures, they seek to encourage their surroundings to constantly reflect and critically re-think social norms, opening space for dialogue and discussion on important social issues.
Possible activities for the volunteer :
- providing general administrative support to international projects;
- helping to produce proposals, plans and reports;
- organising and maintaining project files and databases;
- assisting in monitoring the projects budgets, scheduling meetings and preparing presentations;
- assisting in planning and implementing Europe Direct activities;
- networking and more.
Apart from the above mentioned tasks the volunteer will have a chance to implement his/her personal project that will be defined in the first month after arrival, based on the:
- Relevance of the suggested topic;
- Existing skills of the volunteer;
- Defined personal aims of the volunteer;
- Capacities (facilities, knowledge) of PiNA.
Costs?
The costs of food, accommodation and local transport will be fully covered by the host organisation. Furthermore the volunteer will receive a monthly pocket money for personal expenses extra. Travel costs (go and back) are covered up to 180 o 275 Euros (depending of departure venue). Finally, the project provides a medical insurance.
