CESIE ETS has resumed its role as Intermediary Organisation and Local Contact Point for the SeedBridge project, a strategic initiative aimed at supporting the professional development of young and aspiring entrepreneurs, through the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme, a unique opportunity for growth in an international context.
The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme is a cross-border exchange designed to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and experience between established and aspiring entrepreneurs. Participants have the opportunity to:
• Acquire practical skills: novice entrepreneurs can work side by side with an experienced entrepreneur (host entrepreneur) in another European country for a period ranging from 1 to 6 months. This exchange allows them to learn first-hand how to manage and grow a small or medium-sized enterprise.
• Build an international professional network: the experience abroad is a valuable opportunity to establish new business connections, which are essential for expansion and access to new European markets.
• Stimulate innovation: the programme has proven to have a positive impact, encouraging innovative business practices, the development of new products and services, and expansion into unknown markets.
CESIE ETS, as an Intermediary Organisation, actively supports both new entrepreneurs (NEs) and host entrepreneurs (HEs), helping them find the ideal counterpart in their sector and maximise the benefits of the exchange.
To mark the launch of this new project, on 18 and 19 March CESIE ETS participated in the 34th NETWORK MEETING on 18 and 19 March. This networking event brought together Intermediary Organisations, EISMEA (European Innovation and Small and Medium Enterprises Executive Agency) and the Programme Support Office to share good practices, train new organisations and explore the European entrepreneurial ecosystem. CESIE’s participation was instrumental in kick-starting the SeedBridge partnership’s activities and reaffirming its commitment.
