The association CITRUS is seeking for an Italian volunteer for an EVS in the countryside of Laguepié – 100km far from Toulouse in the south of France. Volunteer will experience a unique sharing and intercultural experience, along with the long and short term volunteers of the CITRUS association.
The project aims to facilitate a cultural and social sharing experience.
The CITRUS association manages a youth center in the small village of Laguepié, which promotes cultural activities and environmental education with the active involvement of young local people and young volunteers coming from Europe and other continents.
The volunteer will be involved in all the tasks related to the management of the youth center and CITRUS association such us:
- human resource management;
- daily center maintenance;
- organic garden management;
- planning cultural activities.
The volunteer will be involved in animating the local life of the area by participating in cultural, social or environmental projects also in nearby villages.

What is EVS?
EVS (European Voluntary Service) is an international volunteer program funded by the European Commission. It enables all young people legally resident in Europe, aged between 18 and 30 years, to carry out an international volunteer service in an organization or in a public body in Europe, Africa, Asia or South America for a period ranging from 2 to 12 months.
