Service description
The volunteer will work directly with a project manager supporting him/her in the selection and preparation of volunteers, supporting the NGO in the communication through social media and in the collaboration with partners.
Main tasks:
- Facilitation of group information meeting in order to raise awareness about the mobility programme;
- Meet the participants and create a profile on database;
- Meet the participant to understand their motivation to go abroad and find a suitable mobility project;
- Exchange with the partner regarding the arrival dates, activities, etc.
- Support project manager in training before departure;
- Support the Communication Team;
- Support the project manager in the daily activities depending on the needs – searching for partners, organizing events, translations, cooperation with partners, research.
