CESIE is looking for a one year volunteer in Cardiff (UK) from 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2018.
This long term European Voluntary Service Project “CARE- Community Activities and Rewarding Experiences” will allow the volunteer to experience and learn about Project Management Cycle by being actively involved in the different phases of European and Local Projects within the Erasmus+ Programme, European Social Fund and local Funds.
The volunteer will have the chance to job-shadow the staff of the hosting organisation LAW and be actively involved in the different tasks to be fulfilled for the implementation of workshops, training courses and projects.
In fact, volunteers will be involved in the plan and project writing proposals, fund raising, researches, dissemination activities, promotion of EU-projects among local youth.
The volunteer will also manage administrative tasks that will allow her/him to have a complete overview about the work. As LAW is Training provider, he/she can also benefit as participant of their trainings.
The environment in LAW association is very friendly and the staff is waiting for an open minded volunteer that is willing to live and experience English culture and lifestyle. LAW believes that the volunteer will receive both professional and personal benefits from this experience as a way to develop his/her own personal skills.
Accommodation will be in a hosting family, that provide to volunteer a single room and 3 daily meals. Volunteer will receive a €150 monthly pocket money to cover personal costs.
