Two Multiplier events disseminating the Job-Yes! Project results were organised by CESIE on 2nd and 20th December 2016.
The first meeting took place at Moltivolti and the second one was held in the premises of CESIE, both events involved more than 30 participants. On both occasions, the final outputs of the project were presented to the adult educators from different types of organisations, which work with youth, migrants, women in risks, people in long unemployment, etc.
Both of the events were organised according to the similar formula. The first part of the meetings were dedicated to the presentation of the project, created models and tools. During the second parts the online guidelines for facilitators were presented, a simulation testing exercise with them was organised, so participants could gain practical knowledge of use of the developed tools with their target groups during daily activities; discussion about learning benefits for learners was organised with one of the CESIE’s training participants.
The events concluded with an evaluation by the participating adult educators on the project outputs, presentation of certificates and networking aperitif.
Participants of both of the events evaluated the project outputs very positively, according to them it is very necessary methodology for nowadays situation, when soft skills are playing important role not only in employability process, but in social life as well. According to them it could be very beneficial to present information for adult educators in national languages as well, in this case more facilitators can benefit from these results.
