IN2SAI is an Erasmus multilateral project (Lifelong Learning Programme) with duration of 24 months – from October 2013 to September 2015. The project involves 4 Universities from Spain, Italy, Netherlands and Germany and 3 NGOs from Italy, Portugal and Austria who will work alongside on the increase of participation and interest of female students into the Aeronautic Industry(AI), covering different areas of intervention, starting from general community, educational system to labour market and the companies working in aeronautic sphere.
During May-June 2014, around 100 questionnaires were gathered by CESIE from secondary school and University students, University staff and Human resource managers in the AI field to learn about the current situation in the aeronautical industry, its lacks and advantages. This will give us the opportunity to explore the options on how to improve the situation and attract more female.
As well, on 19 June 2014, CESIE has organized a technological clinic for University female students in a laboratory of Finmeccanica Selex – Es. It was an opportunity for the students to have an insight in the industry, talk to the researchers in the field and learn about their possible future carrier.
At the moment, CESIE is working on a creation of the 1st video for promotion of the project and aeronautic industry to be officially launched in September 2015. Don’t miss your chance to see it and Watch out for the updates!
