CITY ZEN – For A Sustainable European Society project activities go on after a short break in August.
From September starts the Forum Theatre workshop with the participation of local and European youth.
During the workshop the young participants will carry out a performance to show to a public. The theme of the performance will be Sustainable Consumption and Respect for the Environment.
The aim is to make aware the public that it’s possible to implement Zero Waste Strategy and Sustainable Consumption in our daily lives.
CESIE will keep you informed about the place and exact time of the performance of Forum Theatre.
At the end of September some local and partner countries (Latvia, Hungary, France and Belgium) associations and citizens will be involved in the European Seminar and Conference about Sustainable Consumption and Development. This will be an opportunity to share experiences in this field.
CITY ZEN aims to inform, educate and mobilize the citizens of Europe on the theme of responsible consumption in order to create a sustainable European society. The project takes place in five countries. The objective is to develop the active participation of citizens, the interaction between civil society, economic and political so as to develop proposals for European Policy.
