Hello everyone! I am Seydou, I am 20 years old and I have been living in Palermo for 6 years. When I arrived to Palermo, I was very young and I had a lot of curiosity about this city, which I now consider my home.
I did a volunteer period of two months, thanks to an opportunity of the European Solidarity Corps promoted by CESIE.
During my time as a volunteer, I have volunteered by supporting people in need, such as disabled people of different ages. Together with other volunteers I have carried out manual recreational activities, such as drawing, painting, musical activities. Thanks to the project and to CESIE, during the volunteer period, I developed my personal and professional skills. In addition to volunteering, I have also participated in workshops on social issues.
In this period, I have grown a lot on a personal and professional level and I feel more confident. I met many people and learned something from each of them and from the people who supported me.
