On the occasion of the International Day for the Prevention of and Fight against All Forms of Transnational Organised Crime, it is important to remember that organised crime does not only manifest through drug or arms trafficking. Sexual exploitation, too, is strategic, structured, and transnational – and follows the same logic: control, deception, profit, and violence.
Through conversations and practical activities, we will explore the theme of relational wellbeing, learning to recognise the roots and forms of emotional relationships, as well as their fragilities and consequences when they lack balance or fail to meet our needs.
Gender-based violence is a complex reality, rooted in stereotypes, power imbalances, and social norms that affect individuals and communities across the board. Tackling it requires not only concrete tools but also awareness, listening, and dialogue.
