Who is this event for?
This event is designed for NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) young people from Sicily who are eager to explore new pathways for personal and professional development.
It’s the perfect chance to meet companies, connect with industry experts, and get a first-hand look at the opportunities the job market has to offer – especially here in the local area.
Don’t come alone – invite your friends who are in the same situation so you can grow together.
What can you expect?
You can look forward to an afternoon full of insight and engaging activities:
- Plenary Session
A deep dive into the local job market: trends, growth sectors, and the most in-demand skills. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and interact directly with the experts.
- Practical Workshop
A short yet essential session on how to approach a job interview with confidence and preparation.
- One-to-One Meetings
Speak directly with companies and organisations attending the event. Learn about different job roles, ask questions, and find out what skills are needed to start your career.
- Closing Moment
We’ll wrap up the day with a networking aperitif – an informal moment to connect, exchange contacts, and continue the conversation.

- Company Matching
You’ll be matched with a company that aligns with your interests and skills.
- Targeted Training

You’ll gain real work experience with the support of a company tutor and an external mentor.
- Workshops and Contest
You’ll join sessions on pitching entrepreneurial ideas and get the chance to present your own in a final contest. The best idea will win a prize!
