Given the importance of education in young people’s lives – and considering that future generations will face important changes that will shape the future of our planet – education on environmental sustainability is essential to transform society and promote more sustainable lifestyles.
At the UpSpace round table discussion ‘How to embed green awareness in school agendas: ideas, strategies, solutions’, we want to gather contributions from experts in the field and policy makers about sustainability education and ways to embed sustainable development into school curricula.
The outcomes of the round table discussion will serve as a starting point for an analysis to set out principles and strategies to support schools in integrating sustainability education, in line with the green transition.
If you are a policy maker, an expert in the field of environmental sustainability, or someone with an interest in the topic, we invite you to join the UpSpace round table.
The event is free and will take place in two editions.
We look forward to seeing you
