Home Eventi - CESIE ETS Strengthening STEAM education through storytelling and hands-on learning

Are you a primary school teacher and wish to innovate teaching? Come and discover how the magic of storytelling can spark a passion for science in your classrooms. Imagine being able to explain complex scientific concepts through fascinating stories of women who made history!

Planetario of Villa Filippina  opens its doors for a unique experiential event designed especially for you who want to enrich the teaching of STEAM disciplines in your classrooms.

The event is part of the  STEAM Tales project, which promotes STEAM education through storytelling to boost girls’ interest in STEAM topics and potentially STEAM careers in the future.

Through 12 inspiring stories of extraordinary women who made a lasting impact in STEM fields, we want to spark in young minds a passion for discovery, a sense of dedication, and an innovative spirit—helping them imagine themselves as future scientists and explorers of the world.

Each story is accompanied by practical experiments: 24 activities designed to make the educational experience more engaging, interactive, and meaningful by deepening the understanding of the protagonists’ discoveries and inventions.

We look forward to seeing you
