at EPYC – European Palermo Youth Center – via Pignatelli Aragona, 42 – Palermo
Together with the photographer Carlotta Magliocco of Kamera Photo Lab we will repeat the EU CARES model of reportage and analog photography held in Palermo last May, which produced interesting results at the academic level for the study of visual storytelling.
Agenda
The event will include a photo walk with a contest and final award ceremony.
11am Meeting at EPYC, welcomes and briefings by photographer Carlotta Magliocco, Kamera Photo Lab
11am – 4pm photo walk along a guided route across the city’s historic town center
4pm – 4.30pm photos collection
5pm Return from EPYC to view and narrate photos and award ceremony

About EU CARES
EU CARES – EUropean Collective narratives for Reconciliation and trauma healing through youth engagement and Storytelling is a project funded by ERASMUS-YOUTH-2022-CB, Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the youth sector. The EU-CARES project aims to increase the skills of youth operatorsɜ so that they promote active participation and engagement, interculturality and solidarity among young people and contribute to the reconciliation process in the Western Balkans through storytelling.
