Green and digital guidance and skills in schools
OVER-SEES Info corner – EU SCHOOL 2026
How can we bridge the gap between education and the world of work and create new opportunities for young people on European islands?
In European island regions, the transition from education to the world of work still presents a number of challenges, particularly for young people. Strengthening collaboration between training organisations, businesses and institutions is essential for developing professional skills in line with local needs and supporting the green and digital transition.
It is against this backdrop that OVER-SEES was launched – an initiative designed to improve education and vocational training, facilitate access to the world of work and promote new opportunities for collaboration.
As part of EU School 2026, OVER-SEES will be present with an information stand dedicated to presenting its objectives and the opportunities available to young people, training organisations and businesses.
We look forward to seeing you
Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 October 2026 | 15:00–19:00
