In&Out: Art, creativity and best practices for cooperation

26 July 2019News, Youth

Two years of art and sharing and we celebrated the final event of the In&Out project. On 11 July 2019 in Paris, in the spaces of Le Gran Voisin, an ancient hospital that has now become a multicultural space for associations and small artisans, we presented the results and final products of In&Out.

In particular, we shared with the audience our online platform, where it is possible to download all the materials created and tested during the project, testing the knowledge on migration, accessing to the numerous resources and materials for youth workers, focusing on art and non-formal education and reading our experiences during the experimentation phase of the project.

In addition, during the final conference of the project, other associations in the sector were also given a place, presenting their projects aimed at the inclusion of young people, paying particular attention to the integration of young migrants.

We also received a visit from the Agence du Service Civique, the French national agency for youth, which shared with us their impressions of the project and future projects, and clarified some of the questions of the assistants.

In the afternoon, we wanted to let the participants of the conference experience some of our activities, for that the partner of the project “Dancers Without Borders” have conducted their own dance session, putting us all on the move.

Everything was accompanied by ethnic food prepared by the startup “Berber Kitchen“, that offers the tasting of typical nomad recipes and Berber street food, and that was founded through a project on the entrepreneurship of migrant women.

Finally, we were able to visit the facilities of the old hospital, where nowadays many different realities coexist and interact in perfect synergy creating a really magical atmosphere.

Everyone is invited to take a look at our website, translated into English, Italian, French and Spanish, which offers the opportunity to test your knowledge, download and test the activities and methodologies that may be most interesting in your daily activities.

The website includes also a chat, where it is possible to leave feedback on the experimentations and to clarify the possible doubts and perplexities about the methodology and the activities of the project.
