with access to a diagnostic tool for the effective assessment of refugee pupils\u2019 gaps and needs in literacy, numeracy and digital competences;<\/li><li>To promote innovative digital and non-digital practices in teaching literacy, numeracy and digital competences to refugee and\/or migrant children with interrupted education;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Field researches and analysis;<\/li><li>Development of learning modules;<\/li><li>Development of a diagnostic tool for literacy, numeracy and digital skills;<\/li><li>Development of an e-learning platform;<\/li><li>Implementation of face-to-face awareness raising events.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Development of a tailored capacity building curriculum for extending and developing teachers\u2019 competences, in the effective teaching of literacy, numeracy and digital skills to refugee children, including through the use of ICT;<\/li><li>Development of an innovative diagnostic tool for secondary school teachers to assess literacy, numeracy and digital gaps and needs of migrant and\/or refugee pupils with interrupted education;<\/li><li>Development of an e-learning platform for the training of secondary school teachers on teaching literacy, numeracy and digital skills, which will also provide the establishment of an Online Professional Learning Community that will facilitate and promote collaborative learning activities, the exchange of experiences and the sharing of materials between teachers;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Enhanced teachers\u2019 competences to effectively teach the literacy, numeracy and\/or digital skills of children with learning gaps due to interrupted education and minimal local (and\/or English) language skills;<\/li><li>Improved awareness and knowledge of educators, schools, educational authorities and other relevant stakeholders about new innovative tools and practices created and promoted by HOPEFUL;<\/li><li>Involved teachers\/educators in the online Professional Learning Community established among the partner countries;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2
