{"id":65520,"date":"2016-04-01T16:17:06","date_gmt":"2016-04-01T14:17:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/?post_type=project&#038;p=65520"},"modified":"2025-05-08T15:12:16","modified_gmt":"2025-05-08T13:12:16","slug":"eagles","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/eagles\/","title":{"rendered":"EAGLES \u2013 Empowering and Activating the young Generation though the Learning of Employability Skills"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-objectives\">Objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To develop, test and publish an innovative educational tool for Young Job Seekers (age group: 18-30 yrs old), combining positive psychology approach with current employability\/entrepreneurial educational tools.<\/li><li>To enhance the quality and professionalism of youth workers\u2019 effort through practical exercises and activities that job seekers will be able to apply at any stage of their life.<\/li><li>To help young people to acquire transversal and life competences and to foster young people\u2019s personal development, enhancing also their employability skills and entrepreneurial spirit.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-activities\">Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Studying at national, EU and international level relevant interventions, re-employment programmes and strategies\/ policies on Positive Psychology and Employability Skills.<\/li><li>Conducting a research survey among a small number of Senior Managers\/Employers (20 in each partner\u2019s country) and young unemployed people (40 in each partner\u2019s country) to evaluate the young unemployed people needs in training\/support on the employability skills and the perceptions of senior managers in terms of necessary employability skills.<\/li><li>Developing an innovative training package on Positive Psychology and Employability Skills for Youth Workers, applicable at a national and international level.<\/li><li>Setting up an online training platform in order to be accessible from interested Youth Workers on a worldwide basis.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-results\">Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/libreria-digitale\/youth-download\/eagles-needs-analysis-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Needs\u2019 Analysis Report<\/a>&nbsp;on employability skills: perceptions and viewpoints of young job-seekers and employers in regards to the employability skills that they value and consider as being important<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.eaglestraining.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Online Training Platform<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/libreria-digitale\/youth-download\/manuale-educatori-eagles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">EAGLES Youth Workers\u2019 Manual<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-partners\">Partners<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Coordinator: Grantxpert Consulting Limited (Cyprus)<\/li><li>Profexcel.Net Ltd (Ireland)<\/li><li>N.
