{"id":65416,"date":"2015-05-01T11:15:58","date_gmt":"2015-05-01T09:15:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/?post_type=project&#038;p=65416"},"modified":"2025-05-08T12:02:45","modified_gmt":"2025-05-08T10:02:45","slug":"eirene","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/eirene\/","title":{"rendered":"EIRENE \u2013 European IntercultuRal Education towards a New Era of Understanding"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-objectives\">Objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To strengthen youth workers, youth advisors and project managers working in the field of youth\u2019s participatory attitude and key competencies, while exploring intercultural relations and new socio-political perspectives.<\/li><li>To promote intercultural dialogue through non-formal education to the benefit of young people\u2019s well-being and career perspectives.<\/li><li>To promote the culture of non-violence and constructive conflict resolution.<\/li><li>To stimulate youth organisations\u2019 openness and, ultimately, youth work in the EU and the Balkans through capacity building in the field of mediation and communication.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-activities\">Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Training Course in Palermo from 05th&nbsp;to 13th&nbsp;of December 2015. The main activities are: Introduction of the approach of non-violence developed by Danilo Dolci through theoretical and practical sessions and interactive workshops on peacebuilding, mediation and communication.
