{"id":65042,"date":"2013-12-01T12:47:32","date_gmt":"2013-12-01T11:47:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/?post_type=project&#038;p=65042"},"modified":"2025-05-08T11:22:11","modified_gmt":"2025-05-08T09:22:11","slug":"insart","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/insart\/","title":{"rendered":"INSART \u2013 Insertion des jeunes d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s par l\u2019art"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-objectives\">Objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To complement typical career guidance methods with an innovative and effective methodology, tailored on NEET&nbsp;<em>(<\/em><em>not in Education, Employment or Training)<\/em>&nbsp;youths between 16 and 25 years of age.<\/li><li>To stimulate young people so that they can better access employment.<\/li><li>To train trainers and educators on new instruments aimed at young people\u2019s employment.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gathering best practice cases of successful job placements for young people in the five participating countries<\/li><li>Pilot sessions that will enable 10-20 youths per country to carry out a creative process according to the pedagogy developed by the project partner \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lesaac.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Les Ateliers d\u2019Art Contemporain<\/a>\u201d<\/li><li>Train the trainer in the field of youth placements and integration<\/li><li>Artistic valorization and post-production of the artistic objects created during the pilot sessions<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/resources\/insart-report-on-youth-inclusion-networks-and-practical-cases\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Report on youth inclusion networks and practical cases<\/a>. The analyzed best practices have used several forms of art to integrate young people: theatre, video-making, dance, art-therapy, music and street art<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/news\/art-dance-music-to-combat-social-exclusion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Training for artists\/trainers<\/a>&nbsp;on the basis of intercultural psychology as well as a socio-artistic training through which each participant developed its own&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/youth\/insart-check-out-the-video-performances-of-the-artistic-training\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">artistic video-performance<\/a>, starting from a personal idea<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/youth\/insart-the-artistic-workshop-has-started\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Artistic Workshop<\/a>&nbsp;to allow 17 young Italians and migrants allowing the youngsters to explore a new dimension, to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/youth\/insart-call-for-participants-for-an-artistic-workshop-in-palermo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">increase their competences<\/a>&nbsp;and to have fun while getting to know each other.<\/li><li>INSART video-<a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/giovani\/insart-evento-performance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">performances<\/a>&nbsp;created by the young participants in the art workshop:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=DXhwUOltP4A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Broken Barriers<\/a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=qcoOg_YhIRU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Gifted life<\/a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=fXNJ5_vJ-D0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">R\u00e9veil<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/resources\/insart-case-studies-based-on-the-artistic-workshops\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Case studies based on the artistic workshops<\/a>.
