their contribution to the promotion of cultural heritage.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-activities\">Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Field study research on needs and skill shortages of migrants and local handcrafters e development of a <a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/resources\/myhandscraft-state-art-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>State of the art report<\/strong><\/a>;<\/li><li>Design of a collaborative <a href=\"http:\/\/myhandscraft.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><strong>E-Learning Platform<\/strong><\/a> as an online management system with several components;<\/li><li>Development of an <a href=\"http:\/\/myhandscraft.eu\/elearn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><strong>E-educational programme<\/strong><\/a> encompassing 3 training packages and deployment of 13 local workshops per country to improve the basic skills and key competencies of migrants in the handicraft field;<\/li><li>Development of a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/resources\/myhandscraft-handbook-for-adult-educators\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Handbook for adult educators<\/a><\/strong> working with migrants &amp; of a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/resources\/myhandscraft-digital-guide-for-handcrafters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Digital Guide for handcrafters<\/a><\/strong> (in <a href=\"http:\/\/myhandscraft.eu\/digital-guide-for-handcrafters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">web<\/a> and downloadable version) with video material demonstrating the skills &amp; artefacts developed during the workshops;<\/li><li>The organisation of a <strong>joint staff training event<\/strong> delivered in Palermo with trainers from all partner countries, of <strong><em>MyHandScraft Forums &amp; festivals<\/em><\/strong> in each country, and of an international Festival in Lithuania.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-results\">Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Developed quality educational offer to improve migrants\u2019 basic skills, unleashing their potential through creativity and artistic approaches.<\/li><li>Supported and accelerated the development of social, entrepreneurial and intercultural competencies of migrants and local handcrafters\/artists.<\/li><li>Enhanced competencies of adult educators through an innovative approach based on valorising cultural heritage.<\/li><li>Elaborated ICT resources to promote inclusive education focussed on migrants, refugees and asylum seekers.<\/li><li>Reinforced cooperation &amp; networking across
