{"id":55973,"date":"2018-10-01T17:17:48","date_gmt":"2018-10-01T15:17:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/project\/reform-reinforcing-educators-competences-for-counselling-and-motivation\/"},"modified":"2025-05-08T16:35:45","modified_gmt":"2025-05-08T14:35:45","slug":"reform","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/reform\/","title":{"rendered":"REFORM &#8211; Reinforcing Educator&#8217;s Competences for Counselling and Motivation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-objectives\">Objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To collect learning and teaching methodologies in the sphere of career guidance at schools;<\/li><li>To test, adapt and implement innovative practices that can provide skills and competences professionals will need in their work as career advisors;<\/li><li>To equip educators with tools to enhance their capability to support students while enrolled in education, trainings or labour market;<\/li><li>To support students in choosing their future education or job so to reduce the number of early school leavers, youth unemployment or NEETs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-activities\">Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Developing an integrated learning methodology with tools and methods for career counselling (CC-Box);<\/li><li>International trainings of educational practitioners in delivering career guidance using CC-Box and E-CC-Box;<\/li><li>Multiplier events for testing, feedback and dissemination of the project\u2019s intellectual outcomes for at least 25 practitioners per country.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-resources\">Resources<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/resources\/reform-cc-box-methodology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">CC-Box: methodology with tools and methods for career counselling<\/a>.
