{"id":55964,"date":"2018-10-01T11:32:31","date_gmt":"2018-10-01T09:32:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/project\/inclusive-inclusive-practical-assessment-tools-for-guidance-practitioners\/"},"modified":"2021-04-30T13:06:27","modified_gmt":"2021-04-30T11:06:27","slug":"inclusive","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/inclusive\/","title":{"rendered":"Inclusive+ &#8211; Inclusive &#038; Practical Assessment Tools for Guidance Practitioners"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-objectives\">Objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To create open, flexible and adaptable tools to help discover, document and develop low qualified workers\u2019 skills.<\/li><li>To provide inclusive and practical tools to help intermediary professionals identify their clients\u2019 attitudes, skills and competences as a first step for a tailored, more empathic and efficient approach to guidance.<\/li><li>To improve and extend skills and competences of all participants involved in this project.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-results\">Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Competence Assessment Cards for low skilled Adults, a profile-screening method especially designed for Low Skilled\/Qualified counselling to identify their \u201cbasic employability skills\u201d.<\/li><li>The Career Circles Programme Training for Intermediary Professionals so that they can include this innovative methodology combining action learning, coaching and peer mentoring in their daily activities.<\/li><li>A Facilitator Guide to help guidance professionals use the tools and implement the Career Circles methodology in their professional practice.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-activities\">Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Research to identify the \u201cbasic employability skills\u201d through interviews and focus groups with intermediary professionals.<\/li><li>Piloting of the assessment cards and other tools developed with guidance professionals and low-skilled adults to get feedbacks and adjust them.<\/li><li>Adaptation of a new coaching methodology, Career Circles, to the context of each partner country.<\/li><li>A \u201cTrain the Trainers\u201d activity about the Career Circles methodology so that each of them can then transfer it to several guidance professionals with a multiplier effect.<\/li><li>Creation of two webinars for guidance professionals and adult learners on the Career Circles Methodology.<\/li><li>A multiplier event in each partner country to present the project\u2019s outcomes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-partners\">Partners<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Coordinator:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fundacioncoremsa.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Fundaci\u00f3n Coremsa<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inovaconsult.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Inova Consultancy LTD<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ace-economiesociala.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Asociatia Consultantilor si Expertilor in Economie Sociala Romania<\/a><\/li><li>CESIE<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.skolenievzv.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Europersonal &amp; Servis s.r.o.<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Objectives To create open, flexible and adaptable tools to help discover, document and develop low qualified workers\u2019 skills.
