DIRASA highlight the new technologies in higher education that are needed for the development of the higher education sector and for its links with society through the creation of a Network at a national level where universities, research units and laboratories, research centres work together to apply the research products into the local context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To improve the governance of research by strengthening the capacity of the different actors to address national research priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To improve the skills of university staff in research management and quality assurance as well as in international research cooperation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To promote coordination between all stakeholders involved in research management for a better valorisation of research results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To develop interactions between research and the socio-economic environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Research, data collection and benchmarking of EU and Tunisian experiences on governance research.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Local training workshops for administrative and academic staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thematic training on European research projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/higher-education-and-research\/dirasa-exchange-learning-journey\/\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Field visits and exchange of best practices in European
