Within reforms embarked under the accession process to the European Union, the Western Balkans seek to improve the VET sector and its multidimensional component, focusing on building qualification systems, improving the quality of the learning processes, and most importantly ensuring the continuing professional development of VET teacher and training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To reinforce the link between VET and the labour market of the emerging green sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To provide concrete guidance and individualised assistance to Western Balkans VET institutes that want to shift towards twin transition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To improve the skills and knowledge of Western Balkans VET trainers and staff in developing digital microlearning resources in green-related topics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To enhance the employability potential of Western Balkans learners through the improved capacity of the VET sector in providing training courses and learning resources that correspond to green sector\u2019s requirements in the labour market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assessment of the main needs and job requirements in the green sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workshops with experts of the green and VET sector that will review, and assess the results of the need analysis, ensuring maximum level of reliability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development and implementation of an integrated Capacity Building Framework for VET to support them shifting toward twin transition and developing digital microlearning resources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing VET action plans and digital microlearning resources answering the identified needs of the green sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resources<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/resources\/addupt-operational-framework\/\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Operational framework of the Mechanism \u2013 Objectives, requirements and allocated resources to diagnose business needs in the green sector.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/resources\/addupt-green-sector-analysis\/\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Green sector analysis: trends and changing needs.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/resources\/addupt-business-needs-diagnosis\/\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Business needs\u2019 diagnosis in the green sector.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/resources\/addupt-handbook-vet-green-business\/\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Handbook on bridging VET provision and the green business sector \u2013 Tools and methods to address green sector business needs into VET curricula.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/resources\/addupt-guidelines\/\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Guidelines for the development of VET Action Plans -
