class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Context<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">INCLUDE project answer to the need of taking direct action to educate and support coaches, executives and staff of sports academies working with young athletes so that they can actively contribute in tackling discrimination in youth sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-objectives\">Objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Counter discriminatory behaviour in youth sport and contribute to making the sport environment safe and accessible for all regardless of ethnicity, religion, ability, gender and sexual orientation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To improve the knowledge and skills of coaches and sports academy staff in countering violence and discrimination;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among practitioners in the EU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct research and produce a report on discrimination in youth sport;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produce a blended learning curriculum and toolkit for sports coaches to improve and increase inclusion in youth sport;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop an online platform to make all project learning resources available and accessible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resources<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contextual and comparative analysis on discrimination in youth sport;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handbook of Inclusive Academies to improve the skills and knowledge of sports coaches;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E-learning platform with features borrowed from games.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/resources\/include-press-releases\/\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Press releases<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/resources\/include-newsletters\/\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Newsletters<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>550 sports professionals and beneficiaries will be involved in the research;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.100 sport professionals and beneficiaries will be trained and\/or access learning resources to improve their skills in combating discrimination in youth sport;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50.000 individuals and professionals will be
