In this context, PLOUTOS aims to provide tailor-made courses and training programmes that promote skills related to financial literacy, the labour market, digital society and local bureaucracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-objectives\">Objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PLOUTOS aims to foster the independency of TCNs in their new countries through an increase in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knowledge of the local bureaucratic system,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skills related to the labour market,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital skills,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial literacy,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cultural mediation of services in the local communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desk and Field Research on TCNs needs related to local systems, financial literacy, business language and intercultural mediation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creation and implementation of a course on business language, local bureaucracy and digital skill;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creation and implementation of a course on financial literacy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business acceleration programme testing a digital environment and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provision of a community interpretation course in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resources<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a
