The project envisages a skills injection through tailored learning and knowledge exchange to enable creative businesses to take their work online, which we term virtualisation. This could be staging events, promotion of artist portfolios or facilitating online sales and projects which enhance soft skills, adaptability and resilience for online business delivery models, ensuring that businesses thrive and survive. The purpose of the project is to revive and extend methods by which audiences are reached to reinvigorate income streams and individuals\u2019 business sustainability through skills development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-objectives\">Objectives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To investigate already successful online arts businesses and fact-finding to identify the digital skills particular to digital competence in an online environment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To enhance business awareness and digital competence, based on themes and needs emerging from the research;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To provide the supportive and reflective spaces for trial and error, planning, testing, experimentation and exploratory thinking, providing a space where the hard and soft skills may be applied and implemented;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To provide exposure to audiences, experimentation with virtualisation of goods and services, feedback from audiences and consumers and individual reflection on skills, putting what has been learned into action.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"activities\">Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An in-depth research on the barriers female artists and creatives faces since the beginning of the pandemic;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Development of training modules in digital hard skills to enhance business awareness and digital competence;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piloting of DigiKommunes that will foster networking and support amongst female artists and creatives in partner countries;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Production on online webinars to develop soft and digital skills for women in the creative industries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"resources\">Resources<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/resources\/digikommune-european-skills-portfolio-for-female-creative-entrepreneurs-to-virtualise-their-business\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">European Skills portfolio<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital training;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Local DigiKommunes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital Art Spaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"impact\">Impact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>60 -
