Additionally, it aims to improve youngsters\u2019 knowledge of the employment opportunities offered by local labour market, in order to overcome current skill mismatches and contribute to reducing high levels of youth unemployment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018Jobs of the future\u2019 resource pack: supplementary information, tools and resources to build on the impact of the city map guides in guidance. The manual is expected to have a direct effect on the digital skills and confidence of education and guidance professionals and, consequently, on the level of digitalisation and quality of learning offered in the classroom. Youngsters will also profit from better information regarding the needs of future labour market, to orientate their long-term career development and avoid skill mismatches.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
