Through this set of OERs, the CTF project aims at providing aspiring or new entrepreneurs in the creative sector with&nbsp;<strong>attractive training materials for self-study<\/strong>, to deepen their understanding of the creative sector and have the tools, the<strong>&nbsp;motivation<\/strong>&nbsp;and <strong>the inspiration<\/strong>&nbsp;necessary to prosper within the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The set of <a href=\"https:\/\/talentcreation.eu\/motivation-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener external\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">OERs&nbsp;\u201cCreative Entrepreneurial motivation and empowerment<\/a>\u201d for aspiring entrepreneurs in the creative sector, is composed of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Interactive readings \u201cWhy the development of creative business is important to me?\u201d<\/li><li>Collection of video success stories<\/li><li>E-book of the testimonial success stories<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>interactive readings<\/strong> are short texts with&nbsp;useful external links, that revolve around the question&nbsp;\u201cWhy development of creative business is important to me?\u201d. Readers will have the chance to deepen their&nbsp;understanding of art business&nbsp;and the potential&nbsp;ways in which they could join it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The readings consist of the following core topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The description and statistics of employment in the creative sector;<\/li><li>The role of individual creativity and talent in generating considerable economic wealth;<\/li><li>How the creative industries are capable of fighting unemployment and creating new jobs;<\/li><li>Presentation of the \u201cCreative Europe\u201d initiative.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>testimonial stories<\/strong> collect successful stories from creative entrepreneurs from 4 sectors: crafts, fashion, music and visual arts. A collection of&nbsp;first-hand experiences&nbsp;from an additional team of&nbsp;entrepreneurs thatmade it in art business which provide a&nbsp;deep understanding&nbsp;of their&nbsp;methods, motivations and successful practices. The participants derive from&nbsp;various artistic fields&nbsp;and&nbsp;all 6 countriesof the&nbsp;Creative Talent Factory&nbsp;team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>video success stories<\/strong> are a series of&nbsp;documentary style videos&nbsp;where&nbsp;established names of the art industry&nbsp;recount their&nbsp;entrepreneurial experiences&nbsp;and&nbsp;reveal the&nbsp;actions&nbsp;that led them to where they are today.
