Apply for the <strong>Sport for Change training<\/strong> and find out how to contribute to your personal growth through volunteering in sport during a month of action in Malaga (Spain)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The grassroot sport is vital and active thanks to the thousands of volunteers who make their time available for the sport they are passionate about. Without these volunteers, the local sports environment would not be as engaging and the community spirit and bonding it generates would be at risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recognizing the high value contribution volunteers bring to grassroot sport, as part of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/sport-for-change\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Sport For Change<\/a><\/strong> project, we have developed a two-phase training program to improve the skills of volunteers in grassroot and provide them with an opportunity to exchange with peers and learn in the field during a month of volunteering in Malaga, Spain. Participation is free for both the first and second phase of the training.
