Are you an education professional <\/strong>looking for new opportunities to further develop your skills and actively contribute to the wellbeing of youth? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seize the day and get involved in the training offered by PAClife project!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

CESIE, as part of the PAClife project<\/a><\/strong>, is inviting you to take part in an international online training<\/strong> (free of charge<\/strong>) designed for professionals working with youth and focused on the use of physical and cultural activities as a methodology <\/strong>to promote  independence, resilience and active participation of young people with fewer opportunities in social life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2020 was a unique year, especially for young people who had to adapt to the great changes that have affected their lives and which have represented a source of considerable stress. But now it\u2019s time to start over and you, too, have the chance to move the needle!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to make young people more aware of their potentialities and help them to grow as active and responsible citizens, PAClife designed a Physical and Cultural Activity Training Programme<\/strong> which is based on the development of the 5 competences (5 Cs) identified within the framework of the Positive Youth Development (PYD), namely \"competence, confidence, connection, character, & caring<\/em>\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The online training course<\/strong> will be delivered by the transnational partnership of PAClife in English<\/strong> and foresees three meetings (5th<\/sup>, 12th<\/sup> & 19th<\/sup> May, 2021<\/strong>), each lasting about 3 hours (14.00 \u2013 17.15)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training course structure is designed so as to allocate enough time and resources to the analysis and reflection<\/strong> on some key topics<\/strong>, which inspired the collection of physical and cultural activities of the programme. In particular, issues relating cooperation, diversity, leadership and trust will be discussed. At the end of the training course, participants will have the opportunity to pilot locally the PAClife methodology with youth<\/strong>. In this way, the professionals participating in the training will be able to hand over the necessary tools for resilience building to the young people who will be later involved in volunteering opportunities in their local community where they will repeat the learned techniques with other children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
