We work together to reach our common goals in synergy with immigrant women who want to create their own independent life and with professionals and employees who wish to discover more on the great opportunities to be opened to new cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We plan to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Increase data collection and knowledge around the educational profiles, employment and living conditions of long-term unemployed immigrant women in Europe;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a Jobpackage based on job-related language learning, training of basic competences, health and well-being recovery methods:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create an assessment tool to monitor and evaluate the improvements in the women\u2019s job-oriented skills and development;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish cross-sectoral Jobpackage Councils to build a sustainable contact with labour-market and healthcare authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The&nbsp;<strong>overall aim<\/strong>&nbsp;is to<strong>&nbsp;improve and enhance the opportunities for employment, self-support and a safe and independent everyday life<\/strong>&nbsp;within the framework of an equal citizenship in accordance with the needs and requirements among&nbsp;<strong>immigrant women in Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will pursue our goals through the following activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2013 Mapping of immigrant women\u2019s employment situations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2013 Development of a Jobpackage based on job-related language learning, training of basic competences, health and well-being recovery methods, through digital tools and personal learning apps;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2013 Establishment of Jobpackage Councils consisting of relevant stakeholders such as local companies, job centers, social and healthcare authorities, vocational and other educational institutions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2013 Implement the Jobpackages and create an assessment tool to monitor and evaluate the improvements in the women\u2019s labour-oriented skills and development;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About NAME<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/name\/\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">NAME<\/a> is a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme: Erasmus+ KA2 \u2013 Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices \u2013 Strategic Partnerships for adult education.
