After two years of intense work with educators, legal guardians, mentors, social workers and heads of communities working with young people with migrant background on their way to leave the care system, the project INTEGRA is about to come to an end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 5th of June the Final Online Conference, titled \u201cINTEGRA project, supporting minors and young adults in the care system toward adulthood<\/em>\u201d has taken place with more than 80 participants, including all the partners of the project. The aim of the Conference has been to discuss the results of the assessment tools put in place to meet the needs of young people, such as the the Mentoring Integration Program<\/a> (MIP) and the Platform for Cooperation<\/a>\u00a0(P4C) and to share the experiences regarding the use of the multidisciplinary Mentoring Program in the project countries. Moreover, during the Conference, the national and transnational INTEGRA networks have been presented together with the video spot for the Italian INTEGRA network<\/a>.<\/strong>\u00a0Representatives from Cooperativa 3P Padre Pino Puglisi, CIAI and ComeUnaMarea Onlus also attended the online Conference and intervened regarding the importance of mentoring and independent living.
