Such events can have tremendous impacts on the child\u2019s development, including a higher probability of early school leaving.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Erasmus+ project<\/strong> <strong>THRIVE-<\/strong> <strong>Training Hope, wellbeing, and Resilience in Vulnerable Early school<\/strong> aims to develop an innovative approach to the concept of trauma, destined to those educators working in second chance education or those who are working with early school leavers. The objectives of the project are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help educators understand ACEs and trauma-informed education<\/li>\n<li>Build educators\u2019 awareness of trauma-informed educational practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Project partners are currently completing the training course THRIVE, which will be freely accessible on the project <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thriveresearch.eu\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"external noopener noreferrer\">website<\/a>. On June 29<sup>th<\/sup>, 2020, the <strong>piloting of the programme<\/strong> took place online, with the participation of some educators working in second-chance education.<\/p>\n<p>Their contribution was fundamental to gather participants\u2019 opinion about part of training programme and ensure the development of useful material for educators, to effectively meet their needs. These feedbacks will allow project partners to identify eventual weaknesses and areas for improvement, before completing the final version.<\/p>\n<p>Are you curious to discover the next steps?
