Do mental health and career guidance professionals have the right tools to support them?<\/p>\n<p>From these questions comes the project <a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/work4psy\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Work4Psy &#8211; An innovative model for career counselling services to Mental Health NEETs<\/a> aimed at developing innovative tools for educational and vocational counselling and guidance of young NEETs with mental health needs.<\/p>\n<p>During the three years of the project, we will develop:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Literature Review Report <\/strong>on work and education integration of NEETs, people with mental health issues and MH NEETs in the partner countries;<\/li>\n<li><strong>European Career Counselling Mental Health NEETs Toolkit;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>European Work and Education Integration Curriculum for MH NEETs;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All resources and tools will be available for free on an <strong>Open Learning Platform<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most innovative features of the project is the <strong>direct involvement not only of young people with mental health needs but also of:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>mental health professionals,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>career guidance counsellors and<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>informal carers.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These people will contribute to a specific <strong>analysis of their needs<\/strong> and afterwards to the development of specific tools to facilitate Vocational Guidance and a <strong>Training Curriculum for educational and work inclusion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If you reside in Italy and you want to contribute to the research with your personal or professional
