Special attention will be given to the<strong>&nbsp;role and employment of women<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then, the project&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/innovagrowomed\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>InnovAgroWoMed<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;will be introduced with the aim to give the overview about the expected impact I the involved territories, which are: region of&nbsp;<strong>Sicily<\/strong>&nbsp;(Italy),&nbsp;<strong>Valencian Community<\/strong>&nbsp;(Spain), the regions of&nbsp;<strong>B\u00e8ja and M\u00e8denine<\/strong>&nbsp;in Tunisia and the area of&nbsp;<strong>West Bank<\/strong>&nbsp;in Palestine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A total of&nbsp;<strong>140 women<\/strong>&nbsp;will follow an intensive and well-structured training with the aim to acquire or strengthen key competences for the job market as well as to become entrepreneurs in the agri-food sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a research phase that will also identify the professional profile most requested in the sector, the project will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Training and coaching programmes<\/strong>&nbsp;on management skills, digital skills, community empowerment, production techniques, logistics and transformation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employment support initiatives<\/strong>&nbsp;such as business and career forums<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support to&nbsp;<strong>establishment of cooperative start-ups<\/strong>&nbsp;thanks to targeted accompanying measures as development of business plan and financial support through sub-grants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, representatives of other ENI CBC MED projects will take part to the events to discuss potential synergies and cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
