Fourth newsletter of the project discussing final conclusions of the training and dissemination activities conducted during its lifetime. Following up on the results achieved, the consortium created a \u201cGuide with recommendations\u201d for the effective delivery of the above-mentioned training courses on work-based learning (WBL) in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMHEs) operating in the hospitality sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
National conferences were also held in Italy, Croatia and Greece to further disseminate project\u2019s results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main objective of Guide is to recommend strategies for the adoption of WBL for the training of seasonal staff in SMHE, propose ways to overcome existing obstacles and suggest systemic changes at the regional or national level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
