30 good practices for career guidance e professional orientation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br \/>For the third meeting the REFORM project partners met up on November 14th and 15th at the CESIE office of Palermo in the south Italy to present the official selection of the 30 good practices collected and selected in the past months by every partner about the central topics of&nbsp;<strong><em>career guidance e professional orientation<\/em>&nbsp;for teachers and educators<\/strong>, also reiterating the differences between these two similar lines of action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting has the aim to deep and to detail the criteria and issues to be regulated for the development of the integrated guidance methodology, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The elaboration of a glossary, of possible obstacles, of useful tips (<em>the bag of tricks<\/em>) on how to approach students through non-verbal communication (body language)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Differentiation of target groups of students according to the age (12-14, 14-16, 16-18 years old)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The definition of the teachers\/educators characters together with the theme of the project and the modification of the characteristics that they should have and the subsequent abilities that they will acquire at the end of the training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following focused phase has involved an initial planning of the activities to be carried out during&nbsp;<strong>the 5-day training (for 30 total hours of education)<\/strong>&nbsp;which will take place in Portugal the next February 2020.<br \/>The focal points managed were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A first introduction to the project for the participants and a subsequent sharing moment of the circumstances concerning their coming from country (experiences, good practices, discussions)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical work with career guidance techniques focusing on the age target through activity of group work (elaboration of additional activities and techniques) and self-learning work (tips and reccomendations that will be elaborated by the participant teachers during the training).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
