On November 2018 started the new project, INCAS \u2013 INCREASING IMPACT IN INTERNATIONAL WORKPLACEMENT<\/a>, a 2 years projects co-funded by the Erasmus + program, Key Action 2 \u2013 Strategic partnerships in the Adult education field<\/strong> which aims to provide services that improve the quality of international work placement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In these 8 months, the 9 partners from 7 different countries have worked for the development of a sustainable and solid infrastructure to support the quality of international work placement in the SCE sector<\/strong> (Second Chance Education).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first step consisted on researches on existing tools and resources then adapted to 21st century technical levels for the three users addressed by the project, namely learners, teacher\/trainers and work-based mentor<\/strong>. From this first action has been created the SCE Mobility Toolbox that comprise all the good practices, experiences and ideas, that help and give support in each phase of the mobility<\/strong>: preliminary, implementation and evaluation stage; all this will contribute to the development of e-learning materials, digital database and also a Mobility APP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INCAS targets disadvantaged young  people, aged 18-30 years who face multiple barriers to social and economic inclusion by giving them the possibility to attend an experience that bring several positive benefits, such as cultural sensitiveness, better communication skills, improved personal and interpersonal skills, knowledge of more languages<\/strong>, an unforgettable life experience that most of the people who already experienced it, described as a \u201clife-changing experience\u201d. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
