Printed Material (Handbook)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To meet the demand of a systemic approach (beneficiaries, trainer, VET manager, education policy maker), SymfoS addresses the last two stakeholders with a transfer handbook, in which all requirements at organizational and systemic level are given for a long-term implementation of SymfoS method. As we have learnt from prior projects, it\u00b4s not enough for a sustainable implementation just to invest in personnel development. This handbook and network of all partners will significantly contribute to ease the implementation process at organisational level. We will focus on strengths and opportunities of SymfoS method to support organisations, when they design new course concepts or they take part in bids for public training measures. Target groups for transfer handbook are decision makers at the level of VET-provider, schools, youth centres, school authorities and education policy makers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
