How can we increase young people\u2019s employability<\/strong> through using methods, principles and techniques of Positive Psychology <\/strong>in the school context?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The third meeting<\/strong> and the Train the Trainers workshop <\/strong>of the \"SUCCESS - Strategies to Utilize and Cultivate Positive Characteristics & Employability Skills in Schools\" project took place in Nicosia<\/strong> (Cyprus) from 14th<\/sup> to 19th<\/sup> January 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project\u2019s aim is to provide school counsellors <\/strong>with knowledge about and strategies of Positive Psychology<\/strong> so that they can use these principles in their teaching environments<\/strong> at both a national and a European level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the five-days Train the Trainer workshop,<\/strong> the partners presented and discussed the different modules they developed to train school counsellors.<\/strong> CESIE accompanied by ICEP Europe developed and presented the Resilience<\/strong> Module. <\/strong>Other modules addressed positivity, character strength and the meaning of life (at work), all following the overall objective of integrating Positive Psychology methods into teaching environments. The workshop was hosted by Neophytos Ch. Charalambous \u2013 Institute of development<\/strong>, one of the Cypriot partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the 3rd<\/sup> transnational meeting, hosted by GrantXpert Consulting Limited<\/strong>, on January 19th<\/sup><\/strong> the partners focused on presenting and discussing the given feedback of the Train the Trainers workshop<\/strong> to evaluate the presented methodologies. Furthermore, partners presented and defined the common structure and methodology for the implementation of Piloting <\/strong>in all the participating Countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After having tested and evaluated the training methodology with the school counsellors,\u00a0the SUCCESS Training Package<\/strong>\u00a0consisting of the SUCCESS Guide and the Handbook for school counsellors and high school students will be elaborated. Afterwards, the partners will develop the\u00a0SUCCESS Online Platform<\/strong>, which will contain all the project information, the training methodology as well as the SUCCESS Training Package and will be available in all partner languages (English, Lithuanian, Greek and Italian).<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
