On Friday,\u00a018 January 2019<\/strong>, we are pleased to invite you for a REST\u00a0unique learning event<\/strong>\u00a0dedicated to\u00a0refugees\u2019 and migrants\u2019 employment\u00a0<\/strong>and labour integration - at\u00a0Moltivolti<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In one afternoon, we will guide you through the whole process of refugees\u2019 and migrants\u2019 employment. Firstly, we\u2019ll discuss legal and administrative aspects<\/strong> including work permissions, contracts and dedicated internship programmes. Then we\u2019ll talk about the following steps such as recruitment<\/strong> and selection<\/strong> including the specifics of refugees\u2019 screening<\/strong> and interviewing<\/strong>. We\u2019ll also deal with on-boarding<\/strong> and refugees\u2019 integration in the company culture<\/strong>. You will learn about managing and motivating<\/strong> employees with different cultural background and how to apply mentoring<\/strong> approach and intercultural<\/strong> communication<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
