They need, indeed, a person who guides them with<strong>&nbsp;specific skills, as sense of initiative and problem solving<\/strong>. In this way, they can become independent in a cultural and social context different from their home countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also for this reason,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/papyrus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Papyrus<\/a>\u00a0is addressed to youth worker with the aim to support their work with migrants.
