{"id":54269,"date":"2018-07-19T10:39:01","date_gmt":"2018-07-19T08:39:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/news\/bymbe-new-skills-to-motivate-young-neet-mothers-to-re-enter-education\/"},"modified":"2025-07-01T12:26:42","modified_gmt":"2025-07-01T10:26:42","slug":"bymbe-new-skills-to-motivate-young-neet-mothers-to-re-enter-education","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/news\/bymbe-new-skills-to-motivate-young-neet-mothers-to-re-enter-education\/","title":{"rendered":"BYMBE: New skills to motivate young NEET mothers to re-enter education"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How can&nbsp;<strong>social workers<\/strong>&nbsp;motivate young NEET mothers - not (engaged) in education, employment or training \u2013 to re-enter education and training?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The third meeting of project\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/bymbe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">BYMBE \u2013 Bringing Young Mothers Back to Education<\/a>\u00a0took place in Sofia (Bulgaria) from 3rd to 4th July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the meeting in Sofia, partners discussed the preliminary results of the\u00a0<strong>BYMBE raising awareness and motivational campaign<\/strong>\u00a0implemented in Italy, Spain, Ireland, Lithuania, Bulgaria and Austria, partner countries of the project. At the end of the campaign the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bymbe.eu\/results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external noreferrer\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Handbook for Outreach Awareness &amp; Motivation Strategies<\/a>\u00a0will be available on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bymbe.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external noreferrer\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">bymbe.eu<\/a>\u00a0. It will provide guidelines on how to create a raise-awareness and motivational campaign and how to stimulate interest and engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalisation phases have started for the resources addressed to social workers, trainers, teachers and other professionals working with young mothers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bymbe.eu\/results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external noreferrer\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Set of Intervention Methods to Involve Young NEET Mothers<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bymbe.eu\/results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external noreferrer\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">BYMBE - Orientation Pack<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bymbe.eu\/results\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external noreferrer\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">BYMBE - Empowerment Pack<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Project partners are about to finish up the&nbsp;<strong>national trainings addressed to social worker, youth workers, educators, teachers and trainers<\/strong>&nbsp;interested in developing their skills in approaching young mothers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next trainings in Italy are planned on the 2<sup>nd<\/sup>&nbsp;of August and the 10<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;of September in Palermo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For further information and enrolment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul data-wpel-link=\"internal\">Training of the 10<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0September 2018<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Methodologies and tools developed by project BYMBE will be implemented in a&nbsp;<strong>training course addressed to young mother aged 15-29 willing to re-enter education and training.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Training activities will last 40 house and will offer guidance and empowerment activities and individual support in re-entering education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For further information and for\u00a0 young\u00a0 mothers\u00a0 who\u00a0 are\u00a0 NEET\u00a0 (Not\u00a0 in\u00a0 Education,\u00a0 Employment\u00a0 or\u00a0 Training) for them to\u00a0 get\u00a0 back\u00a0 to\u00a0 education\u00a0 and\u00a0 training<\/strong>\u00a0and improve their chances in\u00a0<strong>entering the labour market.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a
