Which are the challenges that marketing and event managers face in Europe?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Between the 11th and 15th of June 2018, in Skopje (Macedonia) took place a joint staff training event for the partners of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/dimension\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">DiMenSion<\/a>\u00a0project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the training, each partner presented technical contribution useful to the preparation of the&nbsp;<strong>educational curriculum for professionals&nbsp;<\/strong>who work in the field of&nbsp;<strong>marketing and event management.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In particular, partners discussed important topic and subject to keep in mind in making of the course an also a first draft has been proposed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 13<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0of June, partners also participated to the first local event of the project, in which the coordinator\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.iege.edu.mk\/index.php\/en\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external noreferrer\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">Institute for Research in Environment, Civil Engineering and Energy<\/a>\u00a0presented the results of the\u00a0<strong>need analysis and challenges analysis<\/strong>\u00a0that managers in marketing and events face in Europe. The ones who intervened at the event were very happy and look forward to have courses that offer them better opportunity for growth both professionally and educationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the next months, the partners will create an online platform for education and they will evaluate the entire creation process and help the participant with&nbsp;<strong>leaflets and marketing dictionaries<\/strong>&nbsp;in order to support the development and growth of the managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/dimension\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">DiMenSion\u00a0 \u2013 Developing marketing solutions for sustainable brands<\/a>\u00a0is financed by the Erasmus+ project and it is a KA2 Strategic Partnership for adult education.
