The Federation of European Publishers, due to its position of representative of the great majority of publishers in Europe, was tasked with carrying out the mapping of competences and skills gap analysis in two additional EU countries (besides those participating in the project) in relation to their representativeness for the aim of the ASAP Project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The countries selected and analysed were France and Germany, chosen as advanced models for benchmarking due to their sophisticated and comprehensive training and education systems. The reports were based rather on interviews with experts than on questionnaires \u2013 of which a few were collected anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
