Education<\/strong>&nbsp;in their&nbsp;<strong>professional development<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Which tools could support them in reaching their&nbsp;<strong>personal and professional goals<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From 16 to 20 April 2018 CESIE has hosted the last&nbsp;<strong>Learning Teaching and Training Activity<\/strong>&nbsp;and the transnational meeting of partners of project&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/epods\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\">EPODS<\/a>&nbsp;-&nbsp;<strong>onlinE PrOfessional Development in Second chance Education.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the training week&nbsp;<strong>14 participants<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 teachers and trainers from Italy, Greece, UK and Germany \u2013 have tested the tools developed through the project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Second Chance E-Learning Offers (SCELOs)<\/strong>\u2013 e-learning corse to allow teachers and trainer to keep an high level of support for their students;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Second Chance Skills Portfolio (SCSP)<\/strong>\u2013 online self-evaluation tool and digital Portfolio for teachers and trainers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Second Chance Moodle (SCOODLE)<\/strong>\u2013 Platform for teachers and trainers to create online\u00a0courses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the next months the tools will be finalized, and will be available for the public in August 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the project, particular attention is given to support the development of a European online community of teachers and trainers working with NEET (young people not in Education, Employment or Training) and in second Chance Schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Project EPODS has also a dedicated space on the platform\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.discuss-community.eu\/community.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external noreferrer\" title=\"\" data-wpel-link=\"external\">DISCUSS<\/a>\u00a0to ease the exchange of experiences, communication and cooperation among teachers, trainers and experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are a teacher or a trainer, you can join our class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/en\/project\/epods\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\"><strong>EPODS<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0is cofunded by the\u00a0<strong>Erasmus+ Programme Key Action 2 \u2013 Strategic Partenership \u2013 Adult<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>\u00a0Education\u00a0<\/strong>and aims to develop digital tools and training resources to support the professional
