Symbols for Success<\/strong><\/a>, we offer a <strong>free<\/strong> <strong>training course for 20 career academic and professional counsellors, psychologists, trainers, social workers and teachers<\/strong> with the aim <strong>of transmit basic skills of the SymfoS method and materials<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The training will be held on <strong>5<sup>th<\/sup> and 6<sup>th<\/sup> April, from 3 pm. to 6 pm<\/strong>., at <strong>Quarto Tempo<\/strong> &#8211; Via Bara all&#8217;Olivella, 67), in Palermo.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>SYMFOS TRAINING<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Symbols in educational and career guidance system to support disadvantaged young people<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">5<sup>th<\/sup> &#8211; the consultant, the client and the observers &#8211; will intervene through practical demonstrations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Scenario # 1 \u2013 Basic clearing methodology<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The basic clearing &#8211; Participants registered in the Register of Social Workers will receive 1 credit\/1-hour training.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>About SymfoS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>SymfoS \u2013 Symbols for Success<\/strong> is a 30-month project financed by the Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 2 \u2013 Strategic Partnership VET. The aim is to promote an innovative education and career guidance method addressed to young disadvantaged people based on sets of symbols. This innovative approach is particularly effective aimed at young people with reading and writing difficulties, from disadvantaged backgrounds or migrants.
